technical question - downloads

I searched the forum and could not find this question (in it) :user:

Anyhow after I log in I go to the media section and the download instructions are to 'click' on the file ant it will download.

However it only plays it. :shock: How can I download it ?, :help: also it says something about a download program (from this site) how can I find it?

Its better if you will use some of "download-managers", like "Internet Download Accelerator (http://westbyte.com/ida/)" (available a demo version (http://www.westbyte.com/ida/download/idasetup.exe), or absolutly free version for russian (http://www.westbyte.com/dm/)) or ReGet, or something like that.
