Question about ATTSS

I heve an important question: Does anybody know when the video of ATTSS was on german TV for the first time?Is just want to know when it was putted on air in Germany.(I need the month,better is a rel date)

I think u must read news archive. For example at tatysite.net.
This date (month) was there in russian. As I remember, they have english version too.
