Help, I can't watch the media section

Hi all!
I am having some issues when I go to the media section. when I open the file it either takes me to a blank web page and wont open, or it takes me to my windows media player and says this Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found. does anybody know how I can fix that? Thanks!

O cool, youre in Canada too ;) Anyways, if you have a problem with codecs, im not sure if this is gonna help you, cuz im not sure its for that thing, but like save the file on your computer, and open it with the DivX player, and its supposed to show you the codecs that you need... but again im not sure its for that sorry.

or are you saing you cant access the media part of this site ??
think that is a question the coders might answer cus I got no clue
